Vintage Glass Engraved Painted Mander's Varnishes English Paperweight

In good condition for age. Shows signs of age and usage. Measures 3" in width and a little over an inch tall. The letters and logo are engraved on bottom and painted in. No chips or cracks. Please see photos.
