From Lifesavers jellybeans pastels, this is a cylindrical bank made of paperboard with a metal bottom. The slot in the white plastic top closure is scored so that coins/bills can be collected in the bank but the slot plug has not been removed.
Bank measures 5.5 inches high and 2.6 inches across. Weight of the empty can is 0.9 ounces.
