Estate find souvenir porcelain boot / shoe.

This was made as a souvenir for Los Angeles, California.

Stamped on bottom. W&R Stoke on Trent, Carlton China,  Made in England for G.F. Lucas, S.F. Cal. , Kangaroo Brand.

I'm not sure if this is signed by an artist or who the name is in regards to the piece. I can't make out the first name but it starts with the letter E. The last name appears to be Gibson. See photos for assessment in size and condition, as it does show wear.
