Released and stamped with the special First Day Issue cancellation mark (available only at the 2007 San Diego Comic Con itself, where the stamp also debuted), this special and very rare envelope was given out only at the First Day of Issue Ceremony and includes the pictured insert.  The stamp featured is of the character Elektra (with artwork by the characters creator, Frank Miller).  In good condition with only minor storage wear, it will be shipped with the utmost care.  Again, this is a difficult to find item- given out only at the ceremony at the 2007 San Diego Comic Con!
