This is a very rare vintage 1960s Murano submerged glass ashtray. It's in good overall condition but does show a few small chips along the top edge but no cracks or broken pieces. Measures approx 7" across. The color is a nice Amber, yellow, green, and blue gradient. Please see pictures and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
