A very colorful front center opening menu from the Biba Food Hall in Boston Massachusetts Signed in 1997 with drawings and signatures of both Chefs, Lydia Shire and Susan Regis. Measures about 9 1/2" x 13" when closed. Was the only restaurant in the country with 2 James Beard Award Chefs. This highly acclaimed restaurant is no longer open.
