This is a comic of OMAC No. 4 published by the DC Comics in Mar.-Apr., 1975.  The grade is probably at least a Fine but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.  Overstreet's Whiteness Level (OWL) is a 9+.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
