James E Ely b1885 d 1967

James was a land broker in Garden City, Kansas, as listed in the 1927 directory. The office was located at 124 N Main St.  He was married to Nellie Ferrin Ely b1893 d 1975. They lived at 111 North Main St in 1930. Listed in the 1930 census, they had a daughter Bonnie Ely b1929. She married Richard Walter Hibbert. Nellie and James divorced, as did Bonnie and Richard were. James died in Texas.
