This is part of a large collection of cards that came into my possession. I don't know much about grading or how to determine conditions. Any flaws I see I state and I would rather undersell than oversell an item. This card has some visible wear to the edges of the card..as seen in photos.  The card in photos is what you will receive. I have sleeves but they are the size for postcards. They will be shipped in one of those sleeves. They are considered pre-owned and used. As is. I do combine shipping upon request.
