Pre-owned and used. There is no cancellation mark but there is writing on postage side. See photos for any signs of visible wear normally associated with old postcards. Especially, but not limited to, corner and edge wear, tanning, and discolorations. 

I'm not sure if this is hand painted or if there is some kind of coating on it because it feels like it's painted...with the feel of brush stroke texture.
