This is a Vintage Cast Iron Owl Trivet Set of 5 Footed Hot Plates. This set was made in Taiwan in the 1970's. These Owl Trivets are made of black metal. The set consists of one large owl (approximately 5-1/2 in. x 4-1/2in.) and 4 smaller owls (approximately 4 in. x 3 in.) This set looks new, but apparently was lightly used as one of the small owls is missing a rubber cap that goes over the pegs on the bottom of the trivets.
