Laptops are preowned and may have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, wear.

These laptops have dead CMOS batteries. They also have some typical wear and tear on them such as white spots, worn keys and missing rubber "foot" pads from the back panels. There are light keyboard scuffs & scratches on the LCDs, a cracked keyboard bezel, and some worn palm rests & track pads. Some of these have missing or bad m2 caddys, and one of them has a bad main charging port. (The main charging port doesn't work, however the other port works fine!) **NOTE** THE EXTENT OF WEAR AND TEAR DIFFERS PER LAPTOP. NOT EVERY DETAIL IN THIS DESCRIPTION PERTAINS TO EVERY LAPTOP! SOME MAY HAVE MORE OR LESS THAN OTHERS.

The batteries included show as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power supplies are NOT included.

COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date.
PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
We process credit card payments through.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
We ship via UPS Ground. Based on price & weight of sold items, we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion. Please do not ask us to ship on your account, we will not do this.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive. will provide you with a code for pick up, please have this available when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items. Filing a return will make the claim process difficult and may take longer to issue refunds or replacements.
