Pair of Betsy Johnson, The Pieceable Kingdom's applique quilting patterns and instructions from 1981 & 1982. one pattern is the Holy family Nativity Hoop and the other is fortwo hoops Shepherds and Wisemen.
Don't want to make them into a hoop, I think the pattern will work for a quilt, wall hanging whatever your crafty self can produce.
