This is not just a show of luxury but also ingenious engineering and craftsmanship. The design is simple yet elegant with brushed base and etched plat patterns. However, it is slightly flexible instead of a fixed round or oval shape. When looking at the back side you can see see how the gold wires woven together and then hammered to a flat surface, before machine finished to a wooly texture and diamond etched with sparkly plat patterns. Total weight at 87.4 grams (or 2.81 troy ounces), that put the gold value to $5700. This bracelet is solidly constructed and can be passed down for generations to come. Total length is 6.5 inches when laying flat. 21.1 mm wide that's a bit over 3/4 inches, and 2 mm thick. I am a 6.5 inch wrist and it fits a bit snuggish, but not uncomfortable. It finishes with a unique hidden clasp that covered by a latch so that the pattern on the gold is continuous. Classic yet modern looking, truly a heirloom piece. Marked 18K in a cartouche, as well as a pictorial hallmark that appears to be initials LLG. I believe this is Italian origin but I welcome feedback.
