Engraving Print Count Louis Attacked by the Men of Ghent 1909 from Book

This came out of an antique booklet from 1909. See photos as it will need to be trimmed down since there are staple holes at the side. Also shows some visible wear consistent with age, handling, and storage.  Measurements are approx 10.5"x7". Please note this is an estimate. 

It is signed in bottom right corner of artwork... I cannot make out who it is.
