We crack our fresh pecans daily per order, Once we receive your order we weight them either 20 pounds or 30 pounds lots. Than we run that order through our cracker. At that point we box them as they run thru our machine .We don't blow them do to problems of people saying they did not receive either the full 20 or 30 pound lots they order,
These are the same pecans e sale as shelled in our store. P.S save the shells for heavy smoke when BBQ
