Original buyer donated this piece and several others to the animal rescue organization I work with. After a major renovation of their commercial space, they were no longer displaying these pieces and they wanted to donate them. 

The painting has some light marks around the edge and 3 parallel corner scuffs in the right upper part.

Light scratches around the frame, an L shape scratch on upper corner due to other art leaning against it

Moderate wear, still has good years left.
