Vintage 1982 American Eagle Folding Pocket Knife - 200th Anniversary of The American National Symbol
This
knife is listed as USED, however, it has never been carried, sharpened,
or used. It was "previously owned" in a private collection since new.
It is in excellent condition. You may not find a nicer one!
This
knife is approximately 7-5/8" long open and 4-1/8" long closed. It
features an approximately 3-3/8" very sharp Japanese stainless steel
blade, beautiful brushed brass bolsters, and a handle made of a
composite with a raised brass eagle emblem and etched woodland scene on
both sides. Each knife has a serial number, this one is TA634. It is
manually opened and has a lockback design for safety.
These
knives were produced in 1982 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of
the bald eagle becoming the official emblem of the United States on June
20, 1782, when it was first featured on the Great Seal of the United
States.
