Sometime in the past someone has rebound the pages using a cloth fiber tape.  You can see the new binding in the pictures.. 

Lots of handwritten notes inside.  It also appears to have been cut wrong when it was printed.  The sizing is correct, 9x12 inches but the The Theodore Presser Co. information is missing from the bottom and there is extra spacing on the right side of the front cover showing more of the stage light.
