THE CAUSE OF STOP WORKING MIGHT BE THE DEFECTIVENESS OF THE SPEAKERS, OR THE DEFECTIVENESS OF THE COMPUTER USB/AUX PORT AS WELL.

Amplifer IC

Amplifier IC is most important for the sound quality of small speakers. Cheap IC hardly can produce a clean and loud sound. M4 adopted with IC PAM8403, of which the cost is very high for cheap small speakers, but can produce a clear louder sound with less distortion.

Driver Unit

Drivers play a essential role for speakers. Drivers too small or too thin are difficult to produce a strong sound. M4 adopted high quality 2 inches full range drivers with additional magnets, to make sure the sound strong enough, or at least march their dimensions.

Carefully Selected

M4 speakers are selected from many other models. Limited production costs and limited power supply( DC5V 2A) limited the sound fidelity and output of M1/M3/M5. We select less but worthy models.

Cords Length

Reviews which complaining cords too short are common. M4 speaker to speaker cords about 39 inches, AUX cord and USB power cord (from volume controller to plug ) about 43 inches, which may work well with most laptops or big size monitors.

Metal Mesh

Many costomers had experiences that the drivers got damaged or ripped off when there were no protection for them. Each of the M4 driver is fixed by 4 screws,and protected by a metal mesh.
No matter how cheap an item is, duration is important.

Surface Dealing

Many small speakers are with flat original plastic colors, to save the cost. M4 surface is with fine rubber oil painting, just for a decent looking and better touch feeling.

Passive Woofer

Since small 2.0 speakers without a main woofer box, many of them can't performance the audio bass part well. M4 with passive membranes at back side, they won't creat a super bass but at least could enhance some, better than without. The beats hit on a dram sound better than hit on a desk.

Volume Controller

M4 are with a handy independent volume controller, very easy to adjust the volume when enjoying the music or movies.
