Colonial Victorian Bisque Porcelain Figurine Lamp 8710 - Age unknown - works

Some dirt/dust and chip on hat and some cracking in the glaze on back. No lamp shade

Look at photos.  It is not perfect, but overall doesn't look bad.

its about 16" tall overall. Figure is about 12".

I did plug it in and it works. No bulb included.

The number 8710 appears to be on the bottom. I can't find any type of makers mark or other to indicate age or brand.
