Are you well supplied with B vitamins?
There are groups of people who should pay particular attention to ensuring they have a good supply of B vitamins. These include older people, those with chronic illnesses (e.g. gastrointestinal diseases and diabetes), athletes and people with high stress levels, as well as people who regularly take medication such as the pill, stomach acid blockers or painkillers. Since, for example, the need for vitamin B12 is largely met by meat and dairy products, vegans and vegetarians should ensure that they are well supplied with B vitamins. If you regularly consume alcohol and/or cigarettes, this can also affect your vitamin levels. Symptoms of a vitamin B deficiency If you suffer from concentration problems, tiredness, weakness, restlessness or nervous disorders, a vitamin B deficiency could be the cause of your symptoms. Other signs can be: skin problems and anemia, i.e. a lack of red blood cells or red blood pigment. B vitamins and other medications Anyone who takes medication on a long-term basis should ensure they have a good supply of B vitamins. Taking B vitamins can improve the effect of some medications or reduce their side effects (e.g. painkillers, sleeping pills and sedatives). Taking certain medications (e.g. stomach acid blockers or contraceptives such as the pill) in turn hinders the absorption of B vitamins from food into the body.
Anti-Stress Kur Forte
Stressed people often always suffer from a vitamin B deficiency. In stressful situations, the need for these vitamins is increased as they are needed, among other things, for the formation of the neurotransmitters serotonin and noradrenaline. In addition, people who suffer from long-term stress hardly or never get any rest. Irritability, difficulty concentrating and mood swings not only make life difficult for those affected, but also have a negative effect on those around them. Dr. med. Wolfgang Hevert, doctor and pharmacist, has developed the "anti-stress cure" for those affected. The aim is to combat the consequences of high and long-term stress, such as restlessness and sleep disorders, and to help stressed people to strengthen their resilience to stress. The combination of Calmvalera and Vitamin B Complex forte Hevert - the anti-stress treatment Forte - can do just that. Thanks to the unique combination of nine naturopathic active ingredients - the CALM-9 complex - in Calmvalera, stress symptoms are alleviated and the nervous system is calmed, making restful sleep possible again. The preparation has no potential for addiction and can therefore be taken over a longer period of time. The ideal supplement is the non-prescription drug Vitamin B Complex forte Hevert, which contains high doses of vitamins B1, B6 and B12. It strengthens the nerves and contributes to the regeneration of the body with greater vitality. Vitamin B1 is essential for carbohydrate metabolism and thus for energy production. It also influences the regeneration of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 is significantly involved in the production of numerous neurotransmitters in the nervous system such as serotonin and dopamine, so a deficiency leads to insomnia and irritability, among other things. Vitamin B12 performs numerous tasks in various metabolic processes. For example, it can strengthen the effect of melatonin and thus harmonize the sleep-wake rhythm, thereby improving sleep quality, which is extremely important for regeneration, especially for those who are chronically stressed. Taking both preparations at the same time strengthens inner strength and increases stress resilience. The latter is particularly essential when stressful situations persist over a longer period of time or when chronic stress is already present.

Precautions for use
Vitamin B6 can cause permanent nerve damage in doses as low as 50 mg/day when used for months to years. A deficiency in vitamins B1, B6 and B12 can be proven by determining suitable laboratory values. Oral administration of vitamin B12 is only suitable to a limited extent for the initial treatment of pernicious anemia, to ensure safe treatment, parenteral preparations are recommended for initial therapy.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, this medicine is only useful for treating a proven vitamin B1 and B6 deficiency due to the amount of active ingredients. Therefore, you may only use Vitamin B Komplex forte Hevert if your doctor considers it absolutely necessary. During pregnancy and breast-feeding, the recommended daily intake of vitamin B1 is 1.41.6 mg and of vitamin B6 2.42.6 mg. The safety of using doses higher than the daily recommended has not yet been proven. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 pass into breast milk. High doses of vitamin B6 can inhibit milk production.
Ability to drive and operate machinery
No special precautions are required.
Interactions with other drugs
Vitamin B1 (thiamine nitrate) is inactivated by 5-fluorouracil, as 5-fluorouracil competitively inhibits the phosphorylation of thiamine to thiamine pyrophosphate. Long-term treatment with furosemide can lead to a thiamine deficiency due to increased renal excretion. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) can lead to a weakening of the effect of L-dopa. The effectiveness of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) can be reduced by isoniazid, D-penicillamine and cycloserine.
Side effects
Due to the ingredients vitamin B1 (thiamine nitrate) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), sweating, tachycardia and skin reactions with itching and urticaria can occur in individual cases. Peripheral sensory neuropathies have been observed with long-term intake of daily doses of more than 50 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and with short-term intake of doses in the gram range. Photosensitivity has been described with very high daily doses. Gastrointestinal disorders have been described with higher intake amounts.
