This is a 2024 Mardi Gras Krewe of Muses Rubber Duck Shoe Light Up Medallion on Lanyard throw.  The lanyard is silver with purple Muses with a plastic medallion, which features a rubber duck and red high heel shoe.  The medallion throw is sealed.
