Louis Macouillard (1913-1987) Born: San Francisco, CA; Studied: California College of Arts and Crafts (Oakland), Art Students League (New York). Louis Macouillard’s paintings from the 1930s through the 1950s depict local cityscape scenes of the Bay Area.
