We ship worldwide. If a item arrives damaged please contact us first. In the case of a item arriving damaged we can offer you a partial refund or send you a return label to ship the item back to receive a full refund. If you receive the wrong item by mistake please contact us. All larger items that are delivered through a freight company will require a phone number for delivery. Anything that is larger than 6x6x6 inches and weigh more than 1 pound will require a physical address as UPS and Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Box's, otherwise shipping fees may occur. For international shipping in certain cases sometimes doesn't charge the correct amount we may have to bill you more. If you supply an incorrect address and your item gets returned or your item is refused, shipping fees may occur to send out your item again. The non-contiguous states and territories such as Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP) may require an additional surcharge after checkout please contact us for a quote first. Local Pickup -

Any parts can be selected for local pickup during normal hours 9:00am to 4:30pm Standard Eastern Time Monday-Friday on business days. Please let us know if you are picking the part up so we can have the part ready when you arrive. If you need a special pickup after or before hours please contact us first to schedule an appointment.

Returns -

If you want to return an item as long as the product is returned within 30 days of receiving the product in the same condition a 25% restocking fee will be charged plus the cost of a return shipping label if we provide one for you.
