Two hundred fifty copies of this book were printed on Frankfort cream paper at the Rosemary Press by Richard Warren and Elliot Offner. The designs were set up by Elliot Offner in a variety of printing types and monotype ornaments. The press work was done by Frederick Rau. This copy number is 40 and is  is inscribed by Offner: "To Louise & Sanford with love from Eliot Northampton 1969"
