This is a 61" GHOST fabric stake decoration.  It is new but the bag does have a small hole in the top where the post poked through as shown.  This kit includes 1 ground stake, 1 pole, 1 fabric ghost character and 1 sign with pole attachment.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
