I have tested the basic functions of the item. It powers on the motor works the brush spins it has suction and picks up dirt, dust and debris. I listed as is for parts or repair because I'm not in the vacuum cleaner business and may not fully test the item. I do not know if the item is complete it includes only the items seen in the picture.

Please note long shipping lead time 5 days on this item is because the item is stored at the location listed above that I usually only go to on weekends. The item should be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday after payment is received.

If the item is purchased  or paid for on a Sunday after I leave the shop or on a Monday or Tuesday, I may not be able to pick it up until the following weekend.
