This is a Clothtique Possible Dreams Mrs. clause from 1998. Item is damaged. This is being sold for repair.

The item has general wear, but it is missing all 4 chair legs. There also looks to be something missing from the top of Mrs. Clause head as the hot glue is very visible. Please see photos.
