These look good overall - they look like they haven't been worn - these did have a few stitches in the cuffs to hem them up.  The stitches have been taken out with no damage. They will need to be washed and probably ironed to get the creases in the cuffs out.  The size tag is also missing.

hips - 18"

inseam - 31"
