This is for a set of 2 black Skilcraft US Government in pens.  They both show signs of age and use.  They have some scuffs and discolorations.  I can not get either one of them to actually write so I am not sure if they are out of ink.  They have all pieces and function properly other than the ink.  You get the actual items pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
