The product is a Vintage Wooden Mushroom Tiddlywinks Game from the 70s by the brand Hearth Song. It is new old stock. It's a Children's Game  for the whole family  suitable for various age levels and genders. The game includes a wooden red mushroom with white spots  container and is designed for 1 to 6 players.

Vintage wooden mushroom with tiddlywinks inside. Wooden mushroom cap screws off to reveal an inside compartment with tiddlywinks.  Measures about 2 1/2" tall and approx. 3" across the mushroom cap.
