Make sure you only have the target drive installed as Drive 0. Insert the USB drive and boot up. Follow onscreen directions.
Do a COMPLETE backup of all your important files! Everything on your hard drive will be deleted.
Pick the Win 11 version you want.
From Windows 7-8-10-11, plug in the USB. Open the drive and select the file 'Clean install Windows 11 from USB'.
Read this file for instructions, and print it out if needed. Once you start the process, you will be able to read this file.
Remove all HD's and ssd's except the one you want to install to. Then, with the USB inserted, boot up your system.
Select Custom:Install windows only. Again, Everything on your hard drive will be deleted.
Select 'I don't have a Product Key'.
Be sure to select the drive you want to place Win 11 on, NOT on the USB!
If it says it can't create an image here, delete the partition and make a new one, then reformat & try again.
There is no software on the USB, only the steps needed to install.
