Caddyshack Dancing / Singing Gopher GEMMY For Repair Or Part Does Not Work.

I Tried 2 sets of new batteries but he’s tired and only plays the music and moves head. The motor is loud. 

 Body and arms do not move.  I am not sure why. Could be an easy fix, but I’m not sure. Please see pictures for item condition. You get what is in the photos and no batteries included.
