  • ER4043 WELDING WIRE: 5% silicon aluminum (AlSi5) filler metal welding wire for the MIG welding process. Melting range is 1065 °F– 1170 °F, density is 0.097 lbs/in 3 and post anodizing color is gray.
  • EXCELLENCE: Silicon additions result in improved fluidity (wetting action) to make the alloy a preferred choice by welders. Less sensitive to weld cracking and produces brighter.
  • APPLICATIONS: It can be used to weld various grades of aluminum, 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063, and casing alloys 43, 355, 356, and 214.
  • STRONG SPOOL: Use new ABS plastic material plate, which is durable,tough and anti-fragile.It not only can prevent the damage during the transportation but also works fluently inside the machine.
