Beautiful pair of vintage mid-century Christmas china cups, made by Burgess & Leigh Ltd, Burslem, England. Marked Burleigh Ware. Hard to find pieces. Cups were for tea or punch or coffee. No chips or cracks, lovely pieces of vintage ironstone.
A quaint touch was added to the cups - the holly design is also on the interior back side of the cup so you see the holiday cheerful holly as you drink from the cup!
