ANDROMAS® is a dietary supplement based on myo-inositol, vitamin D, bioavailable folic acid 5-MTHF (Quatrefolic®), selenium, zinc and coenzyme Q10.

ANDROMAS® is specially formulated for men wishing to conceive by contributing to normal fertility and protecting reproductive cells from oxidative stress.

MALE FERTILITY:

About 1 in 4 couples face infertility after 12 months of trying. Many factors can influence the fertility of couples. Abnormalities related to the quantity, motility and morphology of sperm are the most common causes of male infertility.

The structure of sperm and in particular their DNA is also important for the proper functioning of male reproductive mechanisms. Indeed, fragmented DNA will lead to a decrease in the fertilization potential of the sperm and therefore fertility. It is necessary to have good vitamin and mineral status in order to allow the physiological and energy mechanisms to function properly.

Stress, diet, tobacco or exposure to certain chemicals affect our body. They can cause oxidative stress for our cells, which can harm the proper functioning of the male reproductive system in particular.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular physical activity and stress management, can contribute positively to fertility and promote an environment conducive to conception.

ROLE OF ANDROMAS® COMPONENTS:

Myo-inositol: it is found in many cells of the human body, particularly in the testicles and more specifically in the seminiferous tubules, where sperm are produced.

Vitamin D: the vitamin D receptor is present in many cells of the human body, particularly in the testicles. It is also found in sperm.

Folic acid (vitamin B9 5-MTHF): it plays a role in the normal process of cell division and contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids.

Zinc: it contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood. It also contributes to normal DNA synthesis and to protecting cells against oxidative stress.

Selenium: it contributes to normal spermatogenesis and to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Coenzyme Q10: is a component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The mitochondrial respiratory chain plays a role in energy and antioxidant metabolism.
