Please look through the pictures so you are aware of the rust on the inside of the bin. HOWEVER - i spent just a few minutes with a wire brush attachment on the drill and was able to get A LOT  of the rust off.  I'm sure with a little labor of love and a sanding block you could get the inside of the bin clean.  The exterior has a few scratches I've pictured , but the color is still great. If you need any more pictures please ask . The condition will reflect in the price  and sold comps in the same condition.
