Doxie Pro Replacement Pick Roller Product Details Doxie’s rubber pick roller moves to “grab” single sheets of paper from a stack. It may need to be replaced if you start to see recurring feeding issues that did not routinely occur previously (specifically, double feeding or paper not starting to feed at all).
If your Doxie Pro scanner is relatively new, you definitely don’t need a replacement paper pad or pick roller. If you’re having trouble with scanning or feeding, check out our scanning help site or contact Doxie Customer Care for expert assistance.
