IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND MAKER!  

B.H. Co "SPECIAL".  Made in Germany.  I believe this was made in the 1930's

Still has its badge.  All blades open as they should.  Scissors still function.  One of the scales has a crack.  Some light surface wear on metal which would buff out if wanted.  Snap left of two of the three blades.

2 5/8" long when closed.

Will be protected well and insured.
