TO DETERMINE THE SIZE MOLD (AND STONE) YOU ARE VIEWING, OUR MOLD NUMBERING SYSTEM IS AS FOLLOWS:

The "GS" stands for "Giant Stone". The next four numbers are the nominal size of the mold/stone. And the last number (after the dash), is the depth of the mold at the deepest point, which equates to the thickness of the stone made. So GS-2432-2 is a mold that is 24"x32"x2". Remember that you can pour the stones thinner to save on concrete, or to make a thinner "wall veneer" stone.

The "HOW TO" process is so simple... virtually anyone can do it!

It's like making a cake!  But no oven is needed!

HERE'S HOW

1.     Lubricate the molds... a light vegetable oil will do if you don't have mold release.

2.     Mix a bag of pre-mix concrete per instructions… get a shovel, water, and something to mix it in.

3.     Add some concrete color, which is optional… unless you want just plain gray.

4.     Pour the mix into the molds… vibrate a bit to compact concrete and release air bubbles.

5.     Let the filled molds sit a day or so covered with plastic to hold in the moisture, undisturbed… over-night is fine.

6.     Carefully flip the molds over the next day… and pop out what you’ve created from the mold!

That is obviously a simplified version of the process, but it is that easy.  And FREE instructions and email support are included with each purchase.

We are currently working on a video to illustrate the demolding process of these giants and other large molds, as they can be very heavy and not easy to handle. We will be including the Free video with each purchase once it is completed.

should you have any questions.

These molds are made with .093, high-impact, commercial, rubberized ABS plastic, for flexibility and long life, and can be used hundreds of times if cared for properly. This is not our normal .060 ABS. This is mainly due to the mold size and weight when made. They require a much thicker and heavier ABS to make the stones that you can be proud of... and to last through hundreds of pours.
