For your consideration, here is a WWII USS Mississippi BB-41 Printed Thank You Note to Puget Sound Navy Yard personnel, following overhauls and repairs. It was in the Puget Sound Navy Yard, in the 1940 and 1944. Inside, it shows comments from the captain.

It measures 5 1/2 by 3 3/8 inches, unfolded. It was in a scrapbook and has some glue remains and missing paper on the back. It has some tanning from age.
