I came across this vintage hummingbird signed sterling silver pin at a recent Estate Sale. It is a three dimensional bird in flight and it is made with surprising detail and delicacy. It is in excellent condition, but does not have the original pin back, it is a newer one. It is signed on the Back “H & H Sterling”, which stands for the Hand & Hammer Silver Company. Over the years this Company was “commissioned to design and make presentation silver for every president since Kennedy.”

The little bird measures approximately 1” x 1 OE”. I have not polished it and it still has a nice patina to it. This little Hummingbird is a great collectible for any bird enthusiast and would look great dressing up the jacket lapel or hat, perfect for a man or a woman.
