Design: Round with a Lid. Drip glazed onto a solid brown colored body.
Material: Ceramic
Technique: Poured into a mold, Glazed, Kiln fired
Condition: Used in Good Condition. No chips, scratches, scrapes, fleabites, or crazing. One dry crack in the lid which has been glazed over inside. This most likely happened prior to glazing when the clay was allowed to dry out too much before firing. This is a manufacturing flaw.

This Hull Teapot has a nice round shape to it and has ample room for beverages. It is also an oven proof piece as stated on the bottom. A nice white drip glaze has been applied near the rim, on the handle, and on the spout as well as the knob on the lid. It is a sturdy piece and would fit in with your other Hull Pottery items or perhaps this will be a starter piece for a Hull Pottery collection.
