Vintage Golden Bronze Cold Painted Metal Duck Jeweled Vanity Trinket Box

I'm not sure about this little duck, all I can say is he's cute!  It looks to have a gold overlay that is very worn, and it is probably trinket box of some sort. He has a dark blue jewel for eyes. A lovely collectors item / conversation piece anyone would want to own!
