Unknown Material, But it is Metal. And wouldn't you think that a company called Republic Steel would have real steel? But I can't prove it. Ovals are About 1 1/4 Inches by 3/4 Inches. Tie Tack is about 1/2 Inch by 1/4 Inch. I don't think the Cuff Links have been removed from box. Only the Bottom of the Presentation Box is Available. Lovely.
