Star Flower is made of inlaid shell in a silver metal frame; coated with protective enamel; deep colors such as blue, green, orange, black

Catch is a spring ring

Approximate measurements:
Black cord:16 inches long
Star flower: 11/16 inch across

Condition: very good except that the two beads surrounding the star flower are showing some loss of plating - this is from storage, not due to use. From my daughter's teen years.
