This 100% handmade ensemble consists of a heavily embroidered soft silk satin charmeuse kaftan under a very delicate silk embroidered lace duster over coat with crocheted macrame trimmings.

The kaftan is designed with traditional hand knotted Moroccan buttons and braiding down the length of the garment, sleeves and sides which is further complimented by beautiful same color floral embroidery down the bodice, bottom front, hemline and the 14 inch side slits.

The sides of the kaftan, arms and shoulders are also trimmed in braid and piping and the under sleeves are adorned with more hand knotted buttons. finally the neckline and wrists have matching crocheted macrame lace as the open duster.

The delicate lace open front duster is completely embroidered front and back and is designed to flow freely. It is split up the sides to just under the arms and completely trimmed in exquisite crocheted macrame lace as well as around the arms and across the shoulders.

 

The kaftan gown measures 18 inches across the shoulders, 24 inches from shoulder to wrist, 52 inches around chest and 57 inches in length.

The open duster kaftan measures 19 inches across the shoulders,24 inches from shoulder to wrist, 57 inches around chest and 58 inches in length.
