- We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. A small shipping fee is collected to cover the costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- Orders typically take 24 business hours to be processed if received before 1pm CST. Those received after 1pm CST are processed the next day. All orders are shipped USPS 1st class and take about 1-2 business days to ship. Please allow 5-7 business days total for your order to arrive. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly when checking out. We are unable to process address changes once the order has been submitted.
- We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Please note that we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, nor do we ship to Canada or any other countries.
RETURNS / CANCELATIONS:
- All sales are final. Treat these cards like cash.
- We are not able to process cancelations once an order is submitted. Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly upon checkout as we are not able to change/update once submitted. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
