Seller will arrange the Unit's Pick Up Day/Date/Time DIRECTLY with the Transporter.

Transporter MUST PROVIDE Seller with a CO-SIGNED LEAVE BEHIND COPY of the Transporter's RELEASE FORM written on the TRANSPORTER's LETTERHEAD. The Release Form MUST STATE IN WRITING the CONDITION of the Unit at the Time of Pick Up as well as the Day/Date/Time of Pick Up.

The Release Form will be co-signed by the Seller and Transporter at the time of Pick Up with a co-signed copy given to the Seller. ONLY AFTER Seller has received their copy of the CO-SIGNED Release Form will the Unit BE RELEASED to the Transporter. Seller's RESPONSIBILITY for the Unit and all that that responsibility entails ENDS the instant Transporter takes possession of the Unit.
